The Bridges will be open from
Monday 6th July 2020
It has been a very strange time for us all but we have been busy putting all new policies in place so we can, as customers and staff, enjoy our times again here at the pub.
We will have revised opening hours:
Monday to Sunday 12pm to 11pm.
Initially, we will only be opening for drinks and snacks.
We will make decisions and update you on food and accommodation soon.
We would like to advise customers who wish to sit inside the pub that you give us a call on 01588 650260, Facebook message or email on email@example.com to book a table to avoid disappointment.
However, we are very lucky to have a lot of outside seating area which will be managed with social distancing.
We are providing table service, inside and outside the premises, making bar contact minimal and due to COVID19 legislation, NO ONE will be able to sit at the bar.
Please also be advised we are operating a one way system through the pub itself, with the front door being the entrance and the two garden room doors as exits only.
Hand Sanitisers will be available on entry and toilets will be operating on a one in – one out basis.
As time goes on we will continue to review the situation in order to keep our staff and customers safe.
We look forward to seeing all our customers again soon. Please do not hesitate to contact myself with any queries.
Many thanks in advance for your patience and understanding.
The Bridges, Ratlinghope.
If you are looking for a country pub in Shropshire, The Bridges is great place to visit. Situated at the foot of the Longmynd and the Stiperstones at the intersection of two rivers, The Bridges is hard to beat for an idyllic location.
Visitors also come from far and wide to sample the Three Tuns ales.
The pub is warm and welcoming with Will and Beth and our staff dedicated to making your time with us as enjoyable as possible. In the winter the log burner makes our garden room, a snug and comfy place to hang out whilst watching the rain battering down! During the summer enjoy the rural setting and the Shropshire sunshine with a paddle in the stream and an ice cream for the kids.
Dogs are welcome – all we ask is that you respect our other patrons and take care of your dog and their needs.
We offer a range of accommodation from the bunk house to our self contained Smithy. Offering a comfortable stay in beautiful surroundings. (Currently unavailable)
Whether you call in after a walk, a cycle ride or as a diner or drinker you can always be assured of a warm welcome.
We look forward to seeing you at The Bridges – a great country pub in Shropshire.
